Arthritis is a condition that causes inflammation in the joints, leading to pain, stiffness, and difficulty moving. There are several different types of arthritis, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis.
Symptoms of arthritis include:
- Joint pain

- Heat or cold therapy, and lifestyle changes such as maintaining healthy weight, exercise, and diet
